How to return products

• Log in to your account, and then select the goods you would like to return in the returns panel;
• In the next steps, select how will you return return the goods and the way you want to receive the refund;
• Generate return documents with address labels, then print them and sign the return document;
• Put the packed goods together with the return document into the shipping carton and seal it well. You can use the carton in which you received the ordered goods. Please remember that you (carrier you choose) are responsible for return shipments loss or damage.
• We will refund the money in the form selected in the refund wizard within 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. As a rule, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for and in no way restricts your statutory right of withdrawal.
