J720 Highlighter Brush
- Short black handle
Long and fluffy with a tapered end, the J720 is a blending brush for the face. The super-soft, natural bristles are so silky-smooth to the touch that you will want to stroke your face with it if only for the sheer pleasure of how soft it feels against your skin. Designed for the application of loose powders, the J720 is perfect for powdering hard-to-reach areas like the sides of the nose or the under-eye area or detailed highlighting of smaller areas like the area above the Cupid’s bow or the bridge of the nose. The J720 is more tapered than the J790 so it offers less colour payoff for a subtler, more natural finish and a lit-from-within glow to the skin.
Trick of the trade: To prevent eyeshadow fallout from ruining your foundation and concealer, particularly when you plan on doing heavy eye makeup or a smokey eye using rich, dark eyeshadows, use the J720 to lay down a thick, generous layer of translucent setting powder below and around your eyes - anywhere you expect or are afraid any fallout might show up. Only then apply your eyeshadow. Any fallout will fall onto this layer of setting powder, and when you are finished doing your eye makeup it can be whisked away along with the translucent powder with the same clean J720 brush and your concealer and foundation will stay intact.
The area of the face the brush was designed for (face or eyes). Keep in mind that this is merely a suggestion on our part - feel free to use the brush wherever and however you wish to create your makeup looks
The size is relative to the area of the face the brush was designed for - therefore, a brush described as a small face brush will be relatively big if you intend to use it as an eye brush.
